It was way back on 28th September 15,when PM Modi reiterated that 'make in India' programme would be success because of 3 D's. What is its practice and perception today?
#Democracy-undermined when directives from courts and even that of Supreme Court are not implemented and rule of law is suspended for petty political designs.
#Demography-it is tilted towards youth, but from FTII Pune to Rohith Vemula's suicide to the present demonisation of JNU in order to establish hegemony of sangh parivar, the Government's treatment and their denigration en mass has been harsh.
#Deregulation-noble idea indeed, but the Smiriti Irani led HRD ministry has undermined for a long time even the very limited autonomy universities used to enjoy.
