Majority of stories in the Bhagavatapurana are sex-centred. Author is obsessed with sex. Many of stories belong to areas of sexual deviation. Many great sages therein are seen to be incapable of controlling their libido. They are unable to control their anger. They are liberal with curses. There is no consistency in personality of characters. Many times stories offend sense of decency. These stories cannot be read to an audience comprising mother, father, children, children in law or even friends. A decent man would hang one’s head in shame on many occasions. Very occasionally, as in case of Rantideva, one would find guidelines for a generous, broadminded living. Ignorance of the author regarding geography, astronomy, human physiology and physics is monumental. I wonder how a such trash is still being read with great respect and worshiped in an age when material knowledge has advanced to such an extent that when a false thing is mentioned one can see it as false.

FOR about a year the country was witness to a courageously marvellous fight. On one side were arrayed forces of intolerance, intimidation, violence, assorted Hindutva outfits, all wallowing in the sunshine of protection and patronage of the Modi government; on the other, were individual voices — democratic, liberal and secular — refusing to get intimidated and unwilling to surrender space or superiority to the new sarkari commissars and their conformist demands.

NEFARIOUS VOTE BANK POLITICS OF CONVENIENCE AND OPPORTUNISM !
Just look at the manner in which the BJP has sought to derive political capital from the alleged “exodus” of Hindu families from Kairana in western Uttar Pradesh. Its local MP first claims that Hindu villagers are being targeted by “Muslim gangs” and provides a list of families who have left their homes out of fear in the last year. When it transpires that the list contains names of people who have left for reasons like jobs, health and education several years ago, when a number of those named are still found in their homes or, in some instances, are dead, the MP backtracks to say the problem is one of law and order and should not be seen in communal terms.

करीब सवा दो हज़ार साल से पतंजलि द्वारा इजाद की गयी स्वास्थ्य सुधार की एक पद्यति योग इस देश में चल रही है. शारीरिक कसरत का यह तरीका देश के अवाम के लिए कभी नहीं रहा है, क्यूंकि वे शारीरिक परिश्रम करते हैं और जो शारीरिक श्रम करते हैं, वे सभी शुद्र घोषित होते थे, जो समाज के सभी संसाधनों से वंचित रखे जाते हैं. शूद्रों को छोड़कर व्यापारी, क्षत्रिय और ब्राहमण चूँकि कोई शारीरिक श्रम नहीं करते रहे हैं, इसलिए स्वास्थ्य उन्ही की सबसे बड़ी समस्या बना रहा है. स्तिथि आज भी इससे अलग नहीं है. तीनो तथाकथित उच्च वर्णों का श्रम न करने के कारण बीमारियों से लड़ना कठिन रहा है. उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए यह हिन्दू आनुष्ठानिक कसरत का तरीका इजाद किया गया, लेकिन इस योग ने इस देश को कितना स्वस्थ किया, इस पर गंभीरता से विचार होना चाहिए.
भारत में कैंसर तक का इलाज करने का दावा करने वाले योगकर्मी क्या कभी देश को यह बताएँगे कि उन्होंने कितनो को स्वस्थ बनाया कि वे ओलंपिक खेलों में उस तरह सफल हो सके, जिस तरह योग से दूर का भी रिश्ता न रखने वाले दरिद्र देश इथोपिया के खिलाड़ी स्वर्ण-पदक जीतते हैं ? दौड़ने, कूदने, तैरने जैसी प्रतियोगिताएं के लिए भी योग सिखाने के नाम पर अरबों रुपये कमाने वाले रामदेव किसी को जीतने लायक स्वस्थ क्यों नहीं बना पाए ?
योग से अकूत सम्पदा बनाने वालों से पूछना जाना चाहिए कि उनके शिविरों में वे ही मध्यवर्गीय क्यों आते हैं, जिनकी तोंद नहीं सम्हलती और चर्बी संतुलित भोजन के बावजूद बढती रहती है ? किसी तोंदवाले रिक्शा चालक या मजदूर को क्या किसी ने देखा है ? वे मध्यवर्गीय और उच्च वर्गीय लोग जिनके आसन गद्दियाँ या काउच होते हैं, किसी जिमखाने में नहीं जाते. उन्हें योग आसान लगता है और थोडा अध्यात्मिक संतोष भी मिलता है. उन्हें थोड़े से योग से स्वास्थ्य लाभ एवं धार्मिक पुण्य मिलने का भी सुख तत्काल मिलता है, जिसकी उन्हें जरूरत होती है. जिमखाना में अध्यात्मिक सुख कहाँ मिल सकता है ?
योग के थोथेपन की यह चर्चा इसलिए जरूरी है कि सत्ता में बैठे बड़े-बड़े लोग भी इस अर्थहीन और उच्च वर्ग को लुभाने वाली कसरत की वास्तविकता नहीं जानते और योग शब्दे से वे अध्यात्मिक आतंक महसूस करते हैं. आठवीं सदी के बाद से इस देश को घोर धर्मभीरु बना दिया गया है और जैसे वह धर्म के दूसरे कर्मकांडों से डरता है, योग लाभ की क्रिया से भी डरना सीख लेता है. इस देश में हिन्दू महिलाएं जैसे सत्यनारायण की कथा में जाकर सुख पाती हैं, ठीक वैसे ही वे योग शिविरों में पाती हैं. योग शिविर में भर्ती होने की फीस अगर लम्बी-चौड़ी है तो इस मध्यवर्गीय महिला को वर्गीय संतोष भी मिल जाता है.
इन सारे मामलों को तार्किक नजरिये से नहीं देखा गया है. एक समय वृंदा करात ने रामदेव के व्यापार की शुचिता को लेकर काफी कडवी बहस छेड़ी थी लेकिन तब भी उन्होंने योग पर सवाल नहीं उठाया था. यह गनीमत है कि कभी मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री रहे दिग्विजय सिंह ने इस धंधे को चुनौती दी. उम्मीद है कि आने वाले दिनों में योग नाम के छद्म की तटस्थता से पड़ताल की जाएगी.

योग आसनों का यथार्थ !
आजकल, विशेष रूप से जब से भाजपा सरकार ने अपने विशिष्ट निहित राजनीतिक स्वार्थीं की पूर्ति के लिए योग /योगा को पूरा राज्याश्रय दे रखा है,योग विद्या को चमत्कारिक संजीवनी के रूप में खूब ज़ोरदार ढंग से प्रचार प्रसार किया जा रहा है. विशेष रूप से विभिन्न आसनों की खूब चर्चा है. 
योग का जो प्राचीन ग्रन्थ उपलब्ध है वह है पतंजलि का योगसूत्र (योग दर्शन ).इस ग्रन्थ में कुल 194 सूत्र हैं, जिन में से केवल एक सूत्र में आसन शब्द का प्रयोग हुआ है. 'स्थिरसुखासनम् (सूत्र 97)' अर्थात जो स्थिर हो और सुखदायक हो उसे आसन कहते हैं. अब नौटंकीबाज़ों का कमाल देखें, योगसूत्र के नाम पर विभिन्न सूत्रों का हवाला दिया जाता है. झूठ जो बिकता है. 
आज जो आसन 'योगा' के नाम पर प्रचारित किए जा रहे हैं, वह पतंजलि के योगसूत्र में कहीं भी दिखाई नहीं देते. वह तो बहुत बाद की पुस्तकों में मिलते हैं, जिन के लेखक न तो चिकित्साशास्त्री थे और न ही रोगियों पर किसी प्रकार की चिकित्सा का अनुभव किए थे. 
एक और झूठ खूब ज़ोरदार ढंग से प्रचारित किया जाता है कि योग/प्राणायाम तथा सम्बन्धित आसनों का प्राचीन चिकित्सा प्रणाली आयुर्वेद में विस्तृत वर्णन है. मैं स्वयं एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक के नाते पूरे उत्तरदायित्व और अधिकारिक रूप से स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूँ. आयुर्वेद और आयुर्वेद के अधिकृत ग्रन्थों -चरक संहिता, सुश्रुत संहिता, अष्टांग संग्रह/हृदय,भाव प्रकाश, योगरत्नाकर,माधव निदान आदि आदि किसी ग्रन्थ में विभिन्न रोगों का योग/प्राणायाम द्वारा चिकित्सा का वर्णन /निर्देश नहीं है.

DIVINE SANCTITY AND GLORIFICATION OF CASTE PREJUDICE EVEN IN GEETA !
Denigration of women along with caste prejudice against so called Shudra is almost integral aspect of all Hindu scriptures.Right from most earlier scripture ,Rigveda [1200-900 BC] to some what latest scripture,Ramcharitmanas [1574 CE],caste prejudice against 'Shudra' has been accorded divine sanctity and glorified all the way.The repugnant hypothesis that Brahman was produced by 'god' from his mouth.Khshtriya from his arms, Vaisha from his thighs and Shudra from his foot,stands both sanctified and glorified in Rigveda [pursh sukth,10-90-12] and Manusmiriti [1/33],while in Ramcharitmanas,it has been brazenly stated that drum,stupid,Shudra, women always needs to be thrashed [RCM,sunder kand,62/3].

Hindu apologist in general and a significant section in particular, exhibit very high level of reverence for Geeta [400 BCE-200 CE] and describe said scripture not only as most righteous one but extraordinary moral guide in their day to day life.Despite said spacious sophistry, caste prejudice has been sanctified and glorified by 'Lord' Krishna himself,though credulous followers provide altogether different exposition with the help of linguistic gimmick.

*It will be pertinent to point out here that Shankracharya too has described women as 'door to hell'.
# Brahmna khshtriya vaisha ....[Ibid 18/41].O Arjun, the activities of Brahman,khshtriya, vaisha and shudra are clearly divided and sanctified by me according to qualities born of their own nature by birth.
# Shamo damastapa shocham......[Ibid,18/42]. The action of a Brahman arising from his own nature are serenity,self control, austerity,honesty,tolerance,honesty,knowledge of Vedas,wisdom and firm faith.
# Shoryam tejo dhriti....[Ibid,18/43]. The action of Khshtriya born of his own nature are heroism,exuberance,determination,resourcefulness without trace of cowardice in battle,generosity and leadership.
# Krishi gorakhya vanajyam......[Ibid 18/44].Tha action of Vaisha born of his own nature are agriculture,cow protection and trade,also the action of Shudra, born of his own nature consists in services to Brahman,Khshtriya and Vaisha..
# Ishwara sarv bhutanam hrad deshay...[Ibid 18/61].Within the hearts of all living entities,resides the supreme lord,O Arjun and by the potency of illusory energy orchestrates the actions of all living entities like figurine on a carousel.

स्विट्ज़रलैंड ने काले धन की ‘झलक’ देखने की पीएम मोदी की मांग ठुकराई, बैंक में सेल्फ़ी भी नहीं लेने दी !

जिनेवा. स्विट्ज़रलैंड ने हमारा काला धन लौटाना तो दूर, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को उसकी एक झलक देखने की भी इजाज़त नहीं दी। इससे नाराज़ होकर मोदी जी समय से पांच घंटे पहले ही अमेरिका रवाना हो गये।

मोदी जी को ब्लैक मनी की झलक दिखाने ले जाते अम्मान

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने स्विट्ज़रलैंड के राष्ट्रपति योहान श्नाइडर अम्मान से मुलाक़ात के दौरान काले धन का ज़िक्र किया लेकिन अम्मान ने कोई भी काला धन होने से साफ़ इनकार कर दिया। मोदी जी ने कहा- “रहन दो अम्मान भाई! मुझे तो ये भी पता है कि हमारी कितनी ब्लैक मनी आपके बैंकों में है और किस-किस आदमी की है।”

अम्मान फिर भी नहीं माने, तो मोदी जी ने कहा- “चलो नहीं लौटाते तो मत लौटाओ! लेकिन कम से कम उसकी एक झलक तो दिखा दो। इंडिया वाले पूछेंगे कि स्विट्ज़रलैंड गये थे, काला धन लाये क्या, तो कम से कम उन्हें ये तो कह दूंगा कि इस बार देख आया हूं, अगली बार ले आऊंगा।”

अम्मान फिर भी राज़ी नहीं हुए, तो मोदी जी बोले- “मैं ब्लैक मनी को हाथ भी नहीं लगाऊंगा, बस दूर से देखूंगा…प्रॉमिस! आप मुझे बस उन बैंकों का एक राउंड लगवा दें, जहां वो रक्खी है…प्लीज़!”

मोदी जी के इतना रिक्वेस्ट करने पर अम्मान राज़ी हो गये लेकिन कहा कि “बस दूर से ही देखना। और हां, नो सेल्फ़ी इनसाइड द बैंक!” मोदी जी ने कहा- “ओके जी ओके!” और बैंक की ओर दौड़ पड़े।

लेकिन पहुंचते ही गार्ड ने उनसे काले चश्मे उतरवा लिये। वो बड़बड़ाते हुए बैंक के स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में पहुंचे और चारों तरफ़ देखकर चुपके से एक सेल्फ़ी लेने लगे, लेकिन सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स ने उन्हें सीसीटीवी में देख लिया। वे तुरंत दौड़कर आये और बोले- “प्लीज़ सर सेल्फ़ी डिलीट कर दीजिये।”

बस फिर क्या था! मोदी जी भड़क गये- “ना चश्मे लगाने दे रहे हो, ना सेल्फ़ी लेने दे रहे हो!” और ग़ुस्से में बैंक से सीधे एयरपोर्ट निकल गये। जाते-जाते बैंक के गार्ड से बोले- “मैं सोमालिया और भूटान से काम चला लूंगा लेकिन फिर कभी स्विट्ज़रलैंड नहीं आऊंगा! और ऐसे दस-दस बैंक खोलकर दिखाऊंगा…’मेक इन इंडिया’ चल रहा है मेरे यहां!”[FN].

HOW MATHURA ERUPTED ?
What happened at Mathura last week was the result of political patronage of a self-appointed guru who was allowed to occupy government land, raise a private army and gather deadly arms and ammunition right under the nose of the administration. The takeover of the 260-acre government park was not done in one day. It took two years and none interfered till the court forced the eviction. Illegalities such as this cannot happen without the knowledge and tacit approval of the administration. Two weeks ago the civic authorities had cut off electricity and water supply to the park, but it was restored in 12 hours. Local residents had complained about excesses by the illegal occupants. Problem: Arybhatta was born around 3rd century B.C and invented 0. So who counted those years of all of the above?

And as per evolution, homo sapiens came around 200,000 years ago. And just 30,000 years ago there were 3 species of human beings living together. Ice Age ended 10,000 years ago. No mention of it in any scriptures.

Also the yuga which majority hindus believe to be vile and evil i.e kali yuga, is a no brainer. According to many historians we are living in the most peaceful time in history. The reason they think that this is the worst time is probably because lower caste people now have voice and power to challenge the upper caste. Several centuries ago, that would have been impossibe.

विराट संघ परिवार के विराट प्रवचन !

7 जनवरी, 2015 को भाजपा सांसद साक्षी महाराज ने कहा, ‘‘धर्म की रक्षा करने के लिए हिन्दू महिलाओं को कम से कम 4 बच्चे पैदा करने चाहिएं।’’ 19 जनवरी को बद्रिकाश्रम के शंकराचार्य श्री वसुदेवानंद सरस्वती ने कहा, ‘‘प्रत्येक हिन्दू परिवार कम से कम 10 बच्चे पैदा करे।’’इसी दिन अयोध्या के एक धर्मगुरु कन्हैया दास बोले, ‘‘हम दो हमारे दो का नारा नहीं चलेगा। हर हिन्दू दम्पति के कम से कम 8 बच्चे हों।’’

2 फरवरी को भाजपा नेता साध्वी प्राची ने एक कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए कहा, ‘‘प्रत्येक हिन्दू 4 बच्चे पैदा करे, 40 पिल्ले नहीं।’’4 अप्रैल को विहिप के महासचिव चंपत राय ने कहा कि ‘‘हिन्दुओं को ज्यादा बच्चे पैदा करने होंगे, नहीं तो देश पर मुसलमानों का कब्जा हो जाएगा।’’ 7 सितम्बर को विश्व ‘हिदू परिषद के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रवीण तोगडिय़ा ने कहा,  ‘‘हम रोगों के कारण बच्चे पैदा करने में असमर्थ ‘हिदू का इलाज करवा कर उन्हें 4 बच्चे पैदा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेंगे।’’

7 जनवरी, 2016 को काशी सुमेर पीठ के शंकराचार्य नरेंद्रानंद सरस्वती महाराज ने परिवार नियोजन का विरोध करते हुए कहा, ‘‘यदि परिवार नियोजन होता तो हम कृष्ण और बलराम की लीला नहीं देख पाते।’’ और अब 30 मई को उन्होंने हिन्दुओं को 10 बच्चे पैदा करने की सलाह देते हुए कहा है कि‘‘जहां-जहां हिन्दुओं की संख्या घटी, वहां-वहां आतंकवाद बढ़ा है। अत: परिवार नियोजन की बात करने वाला मूर्ख है।’’ 

 

‘‘यदि दशरथ परिवार नियोजन अपनाते तो भरत जैसा भाई कैसे मिलता? जो 800 आई.ए.एस.,1800 इंजीनियर और 5200 डाक्टर देशसेवा कर रहे हैं वे अपने मां-बाप की चौथी-पांचवीं संतान हैं। जिनकी 2 से अधिक संतानें हैं, वे उन्हें हमें दे दें। हम उन्हें भारतीय संस्कृति के वाहक बनाएंगे।’’भारतीय धर्म गुरुओं द्वारा अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने संबंधी बयानों की गूंज विदेशों में भी सुनाई देने लगी है और संयोग ही है कि 30 मई को ही तुर्की के राष्ट्रपति व स्वयं 4 बच्चों के पिता तैयप एरदोगन ने कहा,‘‘महिलाएं बच्चा पैदा करने के लिए ही होती हैं। 

INTOLERANCE-PURE ,CLEAR AND SIMPLE !
The Prime Minister's intolerance is more pronounced towards those taking up the cases of the 2002 Gujarat riot victims. Indira Jaising pleads guilty on this count. She has not only helped riot victims but also accused the Modi government of conspiring against Teesta Setalvad to deter her from pursuing the cases of riot victims. More daringly, she has objected to the CBI's failure to appeal against the discharge of Amit Shah in three murder cases. Modi and Amit Shah are not known to take such affronts lightly. To their annoyance, the Lawyers’ Collective was also “provocatively” involved in the cases of IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt, terrorist Yakub Memon and Greenpeace activist Priya Pillai.
