Blessed are the poor (donate heavily). Blessed are the meek (obey). Blessed are the humble (don’t question authority). Blessed are the hungry (make us rich while you starve). Blessed are the merciful (if you catch us doing something wrong, let it go). Blessed are the pure of heart (switch off your brain). Blessed are the timid, the cowardly, the fearful. Blessed are those who give us their power and become our slaves.

That’s the kind of nonsense religion pushes on people. They train you to turn your back on courage, strength, and conscious living. This is stupidity, not divinity.

Religion will teach you to fear being different, to fear standing up for yourself, and to fear being an independent thinker. It will erode your self-trust by explaining why you’re unable to successfully manage life on your own terms: You are unworthy. You’re a sinner. You’re unclean. You belong to a lesser caste. You are not enlightened. Of course the solution is always the same — submit to the will of an external authority. Believe that you’re inadequate. Give away your power. Follow their rules and procedures. Live in fear for the rest of your life, and hope it will all turn out okay in the end.

When you practice faith instead of conscious living, you live under a cloak of fear. Eventually that cloak becomes so habitual you forget it’s even there. It’s very sad when you reach the point where you can’t even remember what it feels like to wield creative freedom over your own life, independent of what you’ve been conditioned to believe.

RATIONALIST INQUISITIVENESS !
Rationalism promotes inquisitiveness and scientific temper.Thus it is opposed to any kind of dogmatic and metaphysical assumptions,religious prejudice and conservatism. Mere negation of hypothesis about supposed 'god' and its associated religiosity is not rationalism.One has to be rational ,in practice and perception in all aspects of our day to day life.I have come across rationalist friends,who quite inexplicably support regressive and reactionary socio-political concepts. .Rationalism is in,tune with scientific temper and accept in any intellectual pursuit,spirit of inquiry,commitment to truth and a well calculated method to give progressive knowledge of facts.Rationalism accepts a naturalistic order and aims at human well being and happiness in this world.The idea of an other worldly supra mundane disembodied existence is a myth. The idea of heaven,hell,day of judgment,liberation,disembodied existence etc are religious beliefs and not proven facts.

BJP,CONGRESS COME UP WITH THEIR 10 POINT AGENDA IN RETURN FOR SUPPORT TO AAP IN DELHI ;
Congress’ conditions:

1. Arvind Kejriwal should first and foremost agree that Rahul Gandhi is the greatest genius, inspirationalest figure, brilliantest, intelligentest and youthest icon of India (sic).

2. AAP should agree that $onia Gandhi is the mother of India. In fact, since India is father of Pakistan (according to the movie Gadar), they should accept that $onia is the grand-mother of Pakistan too.

3. AAP should get used to saying ‘keeping communal forces at bay’.

4. AAP members should watch each Bharat Nirman ad with great passion, and must prove that they did, by submitting videos of AAP volunteers watching the ads enthusiastically.

5. AAP should support Food Security Bill brought by the Congress. To show the support, they can start their own Rajeev Gandhi Aamras Pilao Yojna.

6. AAP should give this slogan in 2014 elections – ‘AAP ki jhaadu Congress ke haath’

7. AAP should not object on sons-in-law being given some land at cheap prices or as a gift, especially if the son-in-law’s name starts with R and the land deals are with DLF.

8. AAP should provide details of cases going on against its members to the CBI. If the members are clean, they should first get themselves involved in some criminal/fraud cases, and then provide the details to CBI. This point is crucial for the smooth running of every Congress alliance.

9. AAP members must give their interviews or reveal inner information first to the official news channel (NDTV)

10. AAP should agree to appoint a sober, soft spoken, easily persuaded robot person* as the first Lokpal of the country.

3. AAP should agree that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and not Pandit Nehru was the main architect of modern India. Essays/editorials written on this subject would be appreciated.

4. AAP should promise that it will not promote dynasty politics. As proof, it should submit a signed letter by Arvind Kejriwal’s son that he will refrain from dabbling in party politics.

5. AAP should agree that it is not wrong if the drivers are made the CEO of companies, without their information, especially if the car belongs to people whose name initials are NG.

6. AAP must agree that Narendra Modi is the ideal PM candidate, Shivraj Singh Chouhan is an ideal PM back up nominee, Arun Jaitley is a suitable PM substitute material and Sushma Swaraj is the ideal PM replacement candidate.

7. In order to avoid the perception of being close to Sushmaji’s camp, Arvind Kejriwal should rename his book ‘Swaraj’ to ‘SLARMS’ which means ‘Sushma-Lalkrishna-Arun-Rajnath-Modi-Shivraj’, as a balancing act.

8. AAP and Arvind Kejriwal should avoid the following mathematical questions at all costs:

a. 2001+1=?

b. 1001*2=?

c. 8008/4=?

d. 2014-12=?

Whenever compelled to answer these questions, he should answer with years of development in Gujarat.

Religions strive to fill your head with so much nonsense that your only recourse is to bow your head in submission, often quite literally. Get used to spending a lot of time on your knees because acts of submission such as bowing and kneeling are frequently incorporated into religious practice. Canine obedience training uses similar tactics. Now say, “Yes, Master.”

Have you ever wondered why religious teachings are invariably mysterious, confusing, and internally incongruent? This is no accident by the way — it’s quite intentional.

By putting forth confusing and internally conflicting information, your logical mind (i.e. your neocortex) is overwhelmed. You try in vain to integrate such contradictory beliefs, but it can’t be done. They teach ancient 'divine wisdom and knowledge' to their gullible and credulous followers, but on the contrary enjoy themselves all possible benefits of modern science and technology.There is example of much publicized self proclaimed dharam guru with Mr.perfectionist tag,who got himself admitted in three star Allopathic Hospital instead of much talked about Patanjali hospital,after his divine powers deserted him within eight days of his mission fast unto death.Other torch bearers of 'divine ancient scientific wisdom' also prefer five star hospitals for their treatment.On the contrary,they teach the theory of sins and advise ,prayers,meditation and donation to the devotees.They take their children for polio vaccination in the morning but in the evening they teach their credulous followers that Polio disease was result of sin.Priests would themselves have only two children,but advise their followers that children are 'gods' gifts.There are many examples where 21st century priests are seen enjoying various inventions of science but they do not advise their disciples to have scientific temper.They advise people to abandon 'moh-maya' while in practice they get themselves fully involved in 'moh-maya'.

Immediately after assuming power,Varendra Modi's Government ,had constituted three member fact finding committee comprising of well known Hindu nationalists,Acharya Devraj Kishore,Alok Singhal and Dr. Naveen Togadia,to ascertain the genuineness of the criminal cases,initiated against Bapu Asa Ram,Baba Ramdev and Narian Sain,by various state governments,under different clauses of criminal proceedings.After detailed fact finding investigation,the committee has unanimously exonerated all three true sons of the soil,who as a matter of fact are torch bearers of ancient divine Hindu wisdom. Vishva Hindu Parishad,Rashtriya swayam Sevak Sangh, Ramsena,Bajrangh Dal and other like minded parties have hailed the historical decision and complimented Varendra Modi Government for its bold,meaningful and purposeful initiative.
Meanwhile,experts committee has strongly recommended prosecution of all those police officers who were responsible for their wrongful confinement and subsequent prosecution.

A "SENSIBLE GOD" !

Naturally the priests want people to do as they say and the way to get them to do it is to threaten them with eternal torment after death. The priests could not demonstrate their God by having him strike unbelievers dead, so they had to reserve punishment for the atheists until after death. No one returned to say that they had not been punished, so many people were impressed by the claim that they had been sent to hell.

Any of the moronic church followers can see that good men suffer and criminals prosper on earth. So the only thing the priest could say was, "Just wait until they die, then they will suffer."

Good men can only look forward to happiness in heaven, be cause often they are robbed while alive. And the priest fills his pockets at the expense of the believing fools who want to stand on the right side of their religious leaders while alive, and of the God Demon after death.

COMBATING REGRESSIVE HINDUTAV CHALLENGE !
Secular forces should make it a battle of ideologies and not a clash of personalities

Tragically, the Congress leaders have virtually fallen in the sangh parivar’s trap of converting the ongoing elections in some states and the for the coming 2014 polls for the Lok Sabha as a clash between personalities or simply as a battle between the two political parties. Having failed so far in their nefarious designs of destroying the secular democratic foundations of the Indian state for establishing a monolithic, communal and fascist Hindu rashtra, the saffron brigade the has been playing all kinds of tricks to befool the people about its real designs. The next poll is not that of a clash of personalities or simply a matter of change of government but a clash between the two idelogies-secular democracy versus theocratic communal fascism. The Congress and other secular forcers in the country must look at the next poll battle in its right perspective and ensure that the division in their ranks should in no way help the communal fassict forces to capture the most important pillar of democracy, its legislature.

Shockingly, the parivar fascists have not only found their place in bureaucracy and other wings of the services, apart from the legislatures in large numbers but have also penetrated into the armed forces and even judiciary, the watchdog of democracy. The systematic process of such penetration into various democratic and secular institutions apart from the country’s social and political life started right after independence and more than any one it is the Congress and other secular parties which would be blamed for this kind of situation. RSS’s role in the communal holocaust in the wake of India’s partition was too well known to allow it to continue its activities in secular India. RSS, Hindu Mahasabha and some other parties which openly believed in the concept of a theocratic state and thus opposed to secularism should have no legal right to exist in a secular country.

RSS not only stands for India as a Hindu nation but also considers the minorities like Muslims, Christians and Parsis as aliens who, according to erstwhile RSS chief M.S.Golwalkar cannot be treated as citizens of India and as such should either stay as second class citizens, denied of all rights, or should be driven out. The demand for banning such organizations after independence was unfortunately not heeded by the Congress which assumed power. It was only after the assassination of Gandhiji on January 30 in 1948 that ban was imposed on RSS and a number of its leaders and activists as also V.D.Savarkar were arrested for their alleged involvement in the conspiracy to kill the father of the nation. However, succumbing to the pressure of communal forces and as a matter of political convenience the ban on RSS was removed.

The involvement of RSS and its various offsprings in the large number of communal riots since independence is an established fact. Still nothing was done by the proclaimed secular state to outlaw such organizations working for destroying the secular fabric of the country. On the contrary the RSS and its political outfit like the Jana Sangh (now BJP) could increasingly penetrate into the country’s social, political and administrative life only due to the compromising attitude of the secular parties. While the Congress adopted a soft Hindutva policy keeping in view the majority vote bank it were the parties with clear commitment for secularism and socialism which provided a kind of respectability to the RSS and its political wing.

It is a tragedy that the Congress and other secular parties have failed to understand the grave danger that the emergence of Hindutva forces and their terrorism have been posing not only to the secular character of the country but also to the very survival of India as a state. If the onward march of the Hidutva fascism is not checked there is every danger of India soon turning into a theocratic Hindu nation. This will destroy the very idea of India, its pluralistic character and the very cherished value of our freedom struggle. It’s time for secular parties to join hands and unite on a single plank of defeating the BJP and its outfits and frustrating their nefarious designs. The Congress in particular must shed its complacency, abandon its soft Hindutva approach, and launch an ideological battle against the fascist communal forces. At the same time there is need to weed out such elements from various vital organs of the state.
