whooping pay/perk hikes for legislatures !

Despite ongoing war of words, between treasury benches and opposition benches leading to unprecedented crippling of both houses, there exists tactical mutual understanding -when it comes to securing extraordinary financial benefits for themselves,at the expense of helpless tax payer.Apparently think tank of saffron party seems to have taken a page out of AAP's book, conflicts then notwithstanding.Quite contrarily and paradoxically to AAP's much publicized tag of 'Aam Aadmi',they have been 'magnanimous enough' to vote themselves a 400% hike in their salaries as MLA's,in order to serve 'Aam Aadmi'.
Besides, numerous perks and their princely privileges status as members of Lok Sabha, there is proposal to double the monthly salary of parliamentarians as to a whooping Rs 2.8 Lakh a month. It will be very pertinent to mention here that out of 543 members of Lok Sabha,as many as 442 members are already within the distinguished status of Crorepati status and most affluent MP happens to be TDP's Jaidev, whose declared assets are 'just' 683 crore.Even, reported assets of Arun Jaitley are worth 120 crore.Otherwise also, virtually it is beyond domain of average citizen to contest Lok Sabha elections,as for as financial involvement is concerned.According to most realistic and genuine calculations, the collective financial package for each parliamentarian is going to be as much as Rs half a Crore annually, while per capita income is a pitiful Rs 90,000 annually-yielding a ratio of approximately 1:55.I believe, revised financial package can be inspiration for French economist Thomas Piketty*to seek permanent citizenship in India.
It reminds me of 'Noora Kushti',very popular brand of wrestling in Punjab province of Pakistan, that symbolizes 'fixed fight'or pretending to fight.
