ALARMING AND MATTER OF CONCERN !
The Bombay High Court has held that the deceased was wearing a pastel green shirt and had a beard and looked as if he belonged to another religion. This factor has been found in favour of the accused. The accused attacked and killed the deceased as he belonged to another religion (read Muslim). There was no previous enmity. So the high Court felt that the killing was justified and granted bail to the accused.

Therefore, according to the Bombay High Court, it is perfectly in order for a Hindu to kill a Muslim just for the heck of it. No need of any previous enmity.
Looks like all the fascist moles hiding in different institutions are coming out of their holes now that Modi is in power. The rhetoric has become more strident, the acts more open and the prejudices no longer secret.
